Barcelona Accelerates Player Exits to Ease Financial Burden

In a bid to alleviate financial pressures, Barcelona is expediting the departures of several players before the end of the month. Following significant contract renewals and arrivals, the club’s focus has shifted to reducing its squad size. Ansu Fati and Clement Lenglet are among those expected to leave, with Fati set to join Monaco on loan and Lenglet moving to Atletico permanently.

Other players likely to depart include Pablo Torre and Pau Victor, whom Barcelona hopes to sell with buy-back options. Oriol Romeu, Inaki Pena, and Noah Darvich are also expected to exit, while Alex Valle has already joined Como. Even Marc-Andre ter Stegen’s future is uncertain, despite his claims of staying, amid the arrival of new goalkeeper Joan Garcia.
