After an incredible race at the Athlos NYC, Gabby Thomas delighted her fans by handing out the shoes as a token of appreciation, expressing her gratitude for their support. Thomas competed in the women’s 200m event at the debut edition of Athlos NYC.
The Paris Olympics gold medalist Thomas secured second place in the event after clocking a time of 22.21 seconds. She followed the Paris Games 200m event’s bronze medalist and teammate Brittany Brown, who posted a stunning 22.18 seconds.Thomas, along with tennis legend Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian, announced the Athlos NYC on April 23, 2024, during the Business of Women’s Sports Summit in New York City. Following her Paris Olympics successful streak with three gold medals in 200m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay races, Thomas headlined the Athlos NYC.
