NRL playmaker offered to Super League clubs after Will Pryce development

The Knights signed two Super League players ahead of this season, with Kai Pearce-Paul signing from Wigan Warriors and Will Pryce from Huddersfield Giants.

Pearce-Paul got right into the side early on, forming a key member of the Knights pack, but Pryce has had to be more patient – he will finally make his debut this Saturday against Parramatta Eels after being instead named in the NSW Cup side

The Knights had been going with Jackson Hastings and Jack Cogger in the halves in recent weeks, but it hasn’t been working, with the side having lost their last three games in a row.

Now, with Pryce coming in, it seems that he’s at least third in the pecking order at the club

With Pryce now being tried at the 6, it could be hard to imagine Tyson Gamble’s Newcastle Knights career continuing beyond the 2024 season.
