Thursday morning United States Marshals Service and the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office arrested the three men in St. Louis.
The suspects were booked into the St. Louis County Jail. Extradition back to Kansas will take an unknown period of time.
The investigation continues as the Montgomery County Kansas Prosecutor’s Office is anticipated to prosecute the case.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. / INDEPENDENCE, Kan. (KOAM) – St. Louis police arrest two more suspects in connection to a southeast Kansas homicide.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) and the Independence, Kansas Police Department secured two more arrest warrants related to the murder of Jason York.
York was fatally shot in October 2023 in Independence.
In late February, St. Louis authorities arrested three other men connected to the murder. So now, a total of five suspects are in custody.

They arrested them on March 14, at around 10:35 a.m. at 10417 Count Dr. in St. Louis, Missouri, on warrants for first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.
The investigation is ongoing. The Montgomery County Attorney’s Office is expected to prosecute the case.
On Thursday, Feb. 22, between 6:30 and 9 a.m., the U.S. Marshals Service and the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office arrested the three men in North St. Louis, Missouri.
Kevin A. Quinn, 37, of St. Louis, was arrested for first-degree murder and aggravated robbery. Aquan A. Quinn, 20, of St. Louis, was arrested for first-degree murder and aggravated robbery. Kevin W. Martin, 23, of St. Louis, was arrested for first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.
