Notre Dame Football: The Irish do the schedule a favor and add Boise State for 2025
On Tuesday, Notre Dame announced that in 2025, the Irish will host the Boise State Broncos inside Notre Dame Stadium on the 4th of October.
For those that have followed me for at least the last 6-8 months know that I have been brutally critical of Notre Dame’s 2024 schedule and have dreaded a trend of more boring games. I’m not asking for a murderer’s row — just something far more interesting than what we have been working with.
Between the ACC games that are mandated, and the series with Stanford and Navy, there are less and less options for Notre Dame each year (and that’s not an easy task for an AD). So I’ll save the criticism for this year’s schedule to applaud bringing Boise State to South Bend.
