Oklahoma had a trio of players, as well as three former players, participate in the NFL Scouting Combine this week in Indianapolis. Here’s how they all performed.
The NFL world descended upon Indianapolis this week for the annual scouting combine, as the top prospects in this year’s draft showcased their talents and went through the carwash that is combine drills, media circuits and team interviews.
For Oklahoma, a trio of Sooners participated in the week’s events: offensive linemen Tyler Guyton, and Walter Rouse. A handful of former OU players who transferred and finished their college careers elsewhere were also on hand for the combine, with quarterbacks Caleb Williams (USC) and Spencer Rattler (South Carolina) and edge rusher David Ugwoegbu (Houston) also participating in the week’s events.
On-field workouts wrapped up Sunday with offensive linemen and specialists completing drills on the field of Lucas Oil Stadium. Bench press remains for those positions Monday before the weeklong event officially comes to a close.
