The Oregon Ducks football program invited one of Tennessee’s top 2026 class prospects, receiver Shavar Young Jr., for their Junior Day event. He chatted with DuckTerritory.com on his time in Eugene.

“After this visit, my interest in Oregon has increased significantly. “I’ve always been a fan, but the coaches have really impressed me,” Young added.

This weekend, the No. 1 prospect in Washington for the 2026 recruiting class visited campus for Oregon’s junior day event. Kodi Greene, a 6-foot-6, 260-pound offensive lineman from Eastside Catholic High School (Sammamish, Washington), departed Eugene with a great impression on Oregon as the Ducks made steps in his recruitment.

“After this visit, Oregon is my top school as of right now,” Greene said. “I say this because I could feel myself being a Duck one day.”

Coming out of the Senior Bowl and Sunday’s report of the Washington Commanders hiring former USC offensive analyst Kliff Kingsbury as their new offensive coordinator, The Draft Network’s latest 2024 NFL Mock Draft first round includes a blockbuster trade at the top of the board that could reunite quarterback Caleb Williams with Kingsbury at the next level.

Super Bowl LVIII is almost here with the draft order set and the Chicago Bears must decide their plan with the No. 1 overall pick. There’s been reported discussions on taking their next quarterback to succeed Justin Fields or sticking with the former first-rounder, who showed signs of promise during the 2023 campaign. Chicago owns another top 10 pick too and could trade down for more draft capital.

Williams, UNC’s Drake Maye and LSU’s Jayden Daniels are the three quarterbacks with a chance at going No. 1, along with Ohio State wideout Marvin Harrison Jr. possibilities there. Jim Harbaugh landing with the Chargers last week sets Los Angeles up with decisions to make at No. 5 overall along with several other new coaching hires during a busy cycle.
