The Seminoles have officially added two more transfers to their 2024 class.

Florida State has added two more transfers to its #Tribe24 signing class, it was announced Tuesday, with wide receiver Malik Benson and defensive lineman Tomiwa Durojaiye joining the program.

Appeared in all 14 games with six starts during 2023 season at Alabama…caught 13 passes for 162 yards and one touchdown for SEC champion Crimson Tide…recorded season-high 33 yards on two receptions vs. No. 11 Texas…consensus No. 1 overall junior college recruit in Class of 2023…broke Hutchinson Community College record with 2,152 receiving yards over two seasons and ranked second in program history with 21 receiving touchdowns…earned first-team NJCAA DI All-America honors in 2021 after making 43 receptions for 1,229 yards and 11 touchdowns…receiving yards total broke Blue Dragons single-season record that had stood since 1970…named 2021 Salt City Bowl Offensive MVP with bowl-record 198 receiving yards and two touchdowns on seven catches…caught 54 passes for 923 yards and 10 touchdowns during sophomore season, leading Hutchinson to NJCAA National Championship Game…totaled 1,119 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns in three varsity seasons at Lansing…caught 28 passes for 700 yards and 10 touchdowns while adding 130 yards and one touchdown on five rushing attempts his senior season as Lions advanced to second round of 4A state playoffs…made 27 receptions for 368 yards and one touchdown during junior year…played six games and had seven catches for 51 yards as sophomore…also ran track at Lansing…qualified for state championships in 100-meter, 200-meter, 4×100-relay and long jump.

“I am fired up to have Malik joining our program. He’s an explosive playmaker who brings elite-level speed and quickness to the receiver position. Malik was one of the top players in the country coming out of junior college and he showcased a tremendous skillset as a starter for a Power 5 conference champion. His attributes on film will be showcased at a high level here with our offense as he is primed to take the next step in his career here at Florida State.”

Played in all 13 games during 2023 season at West Virginia…recorded 23 tackles, including 6.0 for loss with 3.5 sacks, and one quarterback hurry…sacks total ranked second among Mountaineers…made career-high five tackles, 1.5 for loss with 0.5 sack, in win at TCU…appeared in three games at Kentucky while redshirting during 2022 season…ranked as Delaware’s No. 1 prospect by On3 and Rivals and No. 2 prospect in Delaware by 247Sports and ESPN…rated as No. 39 defensive lineman nationally by On3, No. 51 defensive tackle by ESPN and No. 54 strong-side defensive end in nation by Rivals…two-time first-team all-state selection…named Delaware 3A Defensive Player of the Year while leading Middletown to 3A state championship his senior year…recorded 58 tackles, 25.5 for loss with 10.0 sacks, two forced fumbles and two pass breakups…made 45 tackles, 19.5 for loss with 8.5 sacks, in junior season as Cavaliers advanced to Division I DIAA championship game.
