After the Chiefs’ devastating loss to the Raiders, controversial sportscaster Skip Bayless mockingly dubbed quarterback Patrick Mahomes the “Most Valuable Bungler” (MVB). Bayless is known for his blunt criticism of players.
However, this is not the first time Baylees has criticised Mahomes.
Last month, in an episode of FS1’s “Undisputed,” Bayless had already criticized Mahomes for taking offense after officials called a rare offensive offside, ruining what could have been an amazing highlight play for tight end Travis Kelce. Mahomes reacted like a “spoiled brat,” according to Bayless, 72, who also called him out for “crying like a baby” after wide receiver Kadarius Toney lined up offsides. With an 8-5 record, the Chiefs have lost three of their past four games.
In his analysis, Bayless recognized Mahomes as the league’s face after Tom Brady and commended both his on- and off-field accomplishments. He did, however, express surprise at Mahomes losing his cool during the game and directed his annoyance at the officials rather than the circumstances on the field.
“I was surprised at how he lost it because, stupid me, I assumed he was just upset over Toney being late! “How dare this kid do this to us and blow this game for us because we’re teetering, we’re reeling,” was how I initially felt he had gone insane. Nope, all of it was aimed at the refs. And to me, that was the behavior of a spoilt brat,” claimed Bayless.

Travis expressed his excitement in a video, stating that while he had placed similar bets before and won some smaller ones, nothing compared to this substantial win.
“I’ve put plenty of these parlays down before. I’ve hit a few small ones but obviously nothing like this. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy. Merry Christmas, everyone,” Dufner said.
Before the Monday night game, Travis had already successfully predicted and bet on touchdowns from several players, including James Conner, Raheem Mostert, Javonte Williams, Najee Harris, Gabriel Davis, Jahmyr Gibbs, DK Metcalf, Jerome Ford, Chris Rodriguez Jr., Jonathan Taylor, Calvin Ridley, Isiah Pacheco, and D’Andre Swift.
