47% of Raiders supporters believe Antonio Pierce will earn the job.

The Las Vegas Raiders are gearing up for a game against the Minnesota Vikings. Antonio Pierce will try to snap his losing streak with a big win at home.

Pierce has been scrutinized following his last two losses. His coaching decisions on fourth down, as well as his actions at the end of the half, have been the focus of Raiders media.

Pierce has a shot of keeping the position. He has the players’ support, but additional losses could cause them to come apart. He must continue to strengthen his resume while also winning games down the stretch.

In this week’s SB Nation Reacts, we question fans if they believe Pierce will be the starting quarterback next season. Raiders supporters are virtually evenly divided, with 47% expecting he will be the head coach in 2024.

This week’s game will be crucial in determining whether Pierce gets the job next season. He might have a chance at the job if he can help the Raiders finish with a decent record. He must have the team prepared to perform while also continuing to develop as a decision-maker in situational football.
