Benrahma of West Ham United could be on the move in 2024, with a move to Saudi Arabia in the works.

David Moyes is said to have made negotiations with Benrahma’s agents ahead of a possible West Ham United exit.

According to The Sun, Benrahma could be moving to Saudi Arabia in 2024.

West Ham spent £30 million for Benrahma in 2020, which included a £5 million Ioan fee, a £20 million permanent deal, and a £5 million add-on.

Benrahma was a Championship wizard for Brentford but has been inconsistent in the Premier League.

Benrahma could quit West Ham United for Saudi Arabia, according to reports.

According to the Sun, Benrahma could leave in 2024, with his agency reportedly planning a relocation to Saudi Arabia.

Benrahma has signed with a new agency who is ‘well-connected’ with big Saudi Arabian clubs, according to reports.

David Moyes just met with Benrahma’s new agent in person, and a January transfer could be on the cards.

According to the source, despite having a busy schedule owing to Europa League participation this season, West Ham may accept an offer for Benrahma in January.

Benrahma’s time at West Ham could be coming to an end.

Benrahma’s starts at West Ham have been steadily decreasing.

There will be 26 league starts in the 2021-22 season, compared to 22 previous season and four so far this season.

The 28-year-old has appeared in 16 games in all competitions this season but has yet to score, despite picking up two assists.

Benrahma is clearly no longer a significant player under Moyes, with increased emphasis on Mohammed Kudus and Jarrod Bowen.

Benrahma’s contract expires in 2026, so West Ham aren’t under any need to sell, but they may believe the moment has come.

Selling Benrahma would free up finances for Moyes to invest elsewhere, which might be critical given the need for another striker.

Given West Ham’s crowded calendar, Moyes will have to balance his squad depth, but selling Benrahma would be very enticing come January.
